NO REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final due to importation from Japan
All purchases made through the KOSO MED® website are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless otherwise approved by mutual written agreement between both parties.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details prior to completing checkout, including product selection, quantities, billing information, and shipping details.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of delivery.
After review, KOSO MED® may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement instructions for the affected item. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or defective products.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
